Which is more pathetic the entertainment industry or the vast majority of the rest of us?
This morning, been busy today so it's taken me this long to make a post, I heard someone on TV say "everybody who is anybody" was at some after Oscar party. Do these people really believe that they are "everybody who is anybody"? I know the vast majority of the populace of our country does but do they really?
I mean, if we think about it, the only thing these people do is to look pretty, which they ultimately have little to do with as they have their parents to thank for the genes they have, while lying convincingly while pretending to be someone that they are not. Does this really make these humans "everybody who is anybody". I think not.
As the bard, Shakespeare, said all of the world is a stage and we are all merely players. As one who has performed since I was 9, perhaps I have a clearer insight but whether any believe me or not these folk are nothing but humans like all of the rest of us and I submit that there are many more "everybody that is anybody" than these who are so worshipped by most of society.
For example, I acted like I gave a damn for like 15 years enough to remain gainfully employed as a computer programmer. Of course I was a competent programmer or I would not have been able to keep the jobs I got or keep getting them but I was only acting like the job I was trying to get was more important to me than the life I was trying to live which the money from my employment was only an enabler for me which made it possible for me to live the life I wanted to.
Ah well, guess we will all keep going until we don't and I have too much going to try and educate these folk who think they are so special. No matter how special any of us think we are we all be laid side by side eventually and after that it is out of our and every other humans' hands.

We are all players and actors on this planet, but it seems some have ways to add lines or scenes to their overall character.
I imagine how the world…. No, just the state of N.Y. would be like if the scholars, the scientists, and philosophers were in the same shine and spotlight that many of hollywoods stars are.

I put a whole lot more faith in God than I do us humans. It would be nice if we had some humans that know what is going on and if we could all unite behind them but alas we are all mere humans and we all make mistakes and are corrupted, in our self-esteem as well as our actions, by power.
February 28, 2013@ anonuman – Well, if you do have faith god, you must hold the mindset as well, that through humans, god will work and activate through them – providing humans will strength, mental awareness, spiritual and physical courage to press on – even through the mistakes and actions that may be happening.

@ anonuman – but the Creator is in charge of everything that we see (naturally) of this planet, and if this is so (that the Creator makes no mistakes, and his actions are only good) what is running the mental and spiritual of this world?
Either humans have found (through science and the application of religion) an extended USB port to the mind of imagination, to alter our way of life, our “likes”, our “dislikes”, what drives our animalistic side that plays with our spirit and do not even know this is what they have done, or this is divine ‘Earth’ as she should be.

I don’t know how well versed you are in property law but we was given a lease on the planet, God told us to have dominion, but because we swallowed the influence of the devil in the Garden of Eden we in essence sub-let our lease on the planet to the devil. Ephesians 2:2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience: and Ephesians 2:3 Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others. It is the devil who the landlord of this planet at this time but Jesus is coming to regain possession and to rule with an Iron rod for 1000 years until the devil is relased again for a season.

I understand that “evil” ways do roam this planet, (no matter the race, region, or religion) and all “evil” comes in a package in every religious belief – so why haven’t we had a conference (of the many races, regions, and religions) to start finding the ways to end this global issue of evil that we SEEM to have inherited from these ancients scripts?
Anonuman, I understand that you are deeply religious, and I applaud you in staying stern and armor-protected in your word, but I am really having a hard time to see religions be so ‘deity knowing’ but yet we can not come together to figure out this issue of evil, this issue of poverty in the lands, this issue of spiritual dehydration that so many have – even being affiliated with religious practices.

So this “spirit” – from that line – is some form of mental software that can taint and pollute the minds of the human species- no matter the race, region, or religion.
Humans have found the UNIVERSAL cure to the headache – why not the spiritual dehydration of this planets humanity structure?

March 01, 2013I submit that evil is human selfishness which explains alot about where we are at.
I am not religious I am nothing but a human who has understood that if not for God we will hit a grave and there remain which to me is a waste of what we have learned and a good universe which to date we have been unable to explore fully.
selfisness or greed can be considered one can’t they? You know how us humans are we want to get the credit for what we do from humans but the credit that surpasses anything on this planet is when God says to us well done thy good and faithful servant.
